• Free: This plan is for up to 2 people and includes shared chats, a prompt library, folders and subfolders, collaboration in ChatGPT, and pay-per-use of OpenAI API.
• Pro: This plan is billed annually at $20/team/month for up to 10 users. It includes everything in the Free plan, plus support for up to 500 people, personal OpenAI API keys, Azure OpenAI Integration, and members roles and permissions.
• Max: This plan is billed annually at $40/team/month for up to 10 users. It includes everything in the Pro plan, plus AI Editing with Pages, Image generation with DALL·E 3, Anthropic Claude integration, and custom models (LLaMa, Mixtral).

Team-GPT uses OpenAI's API infrastructure for its services, which means the billing is directly linked to your OpenAI account. Here are the steps to set up your OpenAI billing:

• Go to your OpenAI account.
• Navigate to Billing settings.
• Go to Payment methods: Click “Add a payment method” and add the necessary details.
• Pre-purchase API credits: Add credits to your account via the billing page (if required).
• Set usage limits: Navigate to Usage limits and set limits you're comfortable with.

Please note that usage billing happens automatically at the end of each month and is handled directly by OpenAI. If you don’t use the API, your usage will be $0. If you talk to ChatGPT a lot, your bill will be less than the usage limit you set.

For the API key to work, you must fill out your billing information on OpenAI’s platform. Starting from March 25, 2024, OpenAI implemented a new billing method for the OpenAI API accounts. Instead of receiving a bill at the end of each month, users must pre-purchase credits to use the API via the billing page. If your account runs low on credits, your API requests may temporarily fail until you purchase additional credits.

It's important to note that a ChatGPT Plus subscription is not required to use Team-GPT and it won’t benefit you that you have one. Team-GPT works on the basis of OpenAI’s API, which requires a different type of billing: a pay per use model.

As for the payment methods, they accept payment via credit card or debit card. They do not support alternate payment options. Pre-paid cards/gift cards are not supported. They also accept bank transfers as a payment method.
